Within the MC follow up of training activity, and its adherence to developing and upgrading the employees efficiency to go along with the rapid development taking place in the oil industries. Technical section affiliated to Local Training and Job Development Superintendence prepares new classes and workshops for ( welding, electricity, maintenance and production ) etc… ; in which work is going to prepare and equip (6) technical workshops, in addition to benefit from experiences on various worksites to train the employees in various technical fields, where Training will be theoretical and practical.
