In Thursday, Nov., 21st, 2019 the water desalination plant maintenance is accomplished, new tanks were installed and damages pipes were replaced in addition to replacing all the filters. The plant was equipped with safety sensors and other safety requirements which automatically run including a tank to receive the water and two tanks for potable water in capacity of 12 liters to supply the WOC main offices with potable water.
It rather to say, the plant is out of order since 2014, because of events which the company faced.
