Within the framework of developing employees and push up their efficiency in writing reports and knowing the concept of administrative correspondence and its main parts and enabling the trainees to prepare the report general formulation, order and scientific sequence and to improve their in avoiding the language mistakes in writing the administrative correspondence, A seminar was held from Dec. 29th 2019 to Jan. 2nd, 2020 titled “Preparing and Editing Management Correspondence and Reports Writing” attended be 12 employees from different departments. The attendance was excellent, and questionnaire filled by the trainees revealed that the seminar was fruitful.
