The ninth meeting of MC, for 2022

The ninth meeting of the MC for the current year (2022) was held this morning, Tuesday, 6th Sept. 2022, at the company’s main offices. The meeting included Mr. Anwar Al-Shahloul, the acting Chairman of the MC, and Mr. Stephen Pierre, a member of the MC, Mr.: Chairman of the Board Kamal Al-Muntaser on behalf of the Controlling Board, and member : Salman Al-Mazoughi and Mr. Ahmed Al-Imam, Management Committee Office Manager.

The agenda presented for discussion was reviewed and the committee concluded a set of procedures related to the company’s business progress and directing the relevant departments to implementation, taking into consideration compliance with the controls and legislation in force.
