Within the framework of the great interest that WOC attaches to training and qualifying employees in various fields related to the company’s business, the Training and Development Department continues to supervise local training to hold many administrative and technical courses related to all departments of the company, and these courses are represented in the (rotary and reciprocating compressors) course, which It is implemented in Aldeqa Center, and a course in (production basics) is being implemented for (6) employers in the training center. Also, a course (writing reports and dispatches) is being implemented for (13) employers in the Training Management Center.
As for computer courses, an (advanced excel) course is currently being implemented for (11) trainees, and an ICDL course for (20) employers from various departments.
And as part of the company’s interest in raising the capabilities and efficiency of employers of determination “the deaf and dumb”, the Training and Development Department concluded the “General Carpentry” training course for (8) trainees from WOC, in addition to (3) trainees affiliated with the NOC in the Al-Waha field. Which was launched two weeks ago under the supervision of the trainer, “Omar Gharibi,” one of the employees of Al-Waha Company of People of Determination.
Training courses will continue for this category, and advanced courses will be implemented for them in all fields and technical specializations.
